After successful commissioning of the Ash Fusion Determinaor (AFT) 5E-AF4105 in Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) Malaysia which is the largest electricity utility in Malaysia, CKIC hold a training in TNB head office. CKIC Ash Fusion Determinator is installed for TNB to research the Renewable Energy such as biomass and SFR material. During the specialized training seminar, CKIC experts Jin Zhang and Yuan Peng shared the analysis study of Calorific value, Ash, Moisture, and Volatile matter for solid and liquid fuel. These analysis are important for managing fuel quality to optimize energy structure, and reduce the operation cost for power plants, especially the ash fusibility behavior analysis is quite critical for the safety operation of boiler.
