The SMWD5000 is a super microwave digestion system with a single reaction chamber. With the innovative design concept, it is an epoch-making product in the field of sample digestion, which simplifies the microwave digestion process while significantly reduces the operational cost.


High Automation: 
1. Patended automatic cover and closing design, improving work efficiency.
2. Automatic cooling, pressure relief, and cover opening and closing for keeping the operator away from high pressure.
3. Sealed cover and locking device made of ultra0thick duplex stainless to ensure pressure resistance and reliability of the chamber.
4. Designed with safety interlock to ensure the safety of SMWD5000 and personnel.

High Reliability: 
1. Equipped with various racks for digestion tubes of 6*60ml, 8*35ml, 18*15ml and 24*8ml.
2. Compatible with digestion tubes made of quartz and TFM.
3. All digestion tubes are under the same digestion condition to ensure consistency of result.

Optimized Design:
1. Thermocouple is adopted to measure the internal temperature of digestion tubes directly, which is rapid and accurate.
2. Bucket-type symmetrical and single reaction chamber, which is introduced with the microwave transmission system in the field of microwave plasma to ensure the consistency of digestion.
3. Designed with spiral-type cooling of circulating water to rapidly cool down the chamber.
4. Program-controlled prepressurization to avoid the occurrence of sample explosion during the heating process.
